The use of serious games in education is increasing. Through them, the teaching-learning processes can strengthen by motivating the classes and creating favorable spaces in which there is a simulated environment for the development of skills and concepts according to the learning objectives. In this sense, this article describes the didactic experience of a serious game used in the IT Project Management course of the Master in Engineering at Universidad del Valle. The process of implementing the serious game and the preliminary results obtained are presented. As a result of this experience, there is a positive impact of the application of the game, they show motivation and commitment students in their learning process.
