Professional skills: a strategy for successful performance of industrial engineers

This paper presents the results of Industrial Engineering Professional Competences research, which combine in an integral way, “the being, the knowing and the doing”. Based on definition of the mission for the bachelor’s graduates, establishing a professional results map for the labor place. The tree function, in the more concrete level, is product of skills knowledge, ethics and attitudes.The work propose a competences model which will be implement as a strategy of curriculum transformation to promote an effective formation and it achieves a successfully performance of the industrial engineers.
